PREPARE TURKEY JUST LIKE YOU WOULD FOR THE OVEN. EITHER STUFFED OR UNSTUFFED. RUB TURKEY DOWN WITH OIL AND SPRINKLE SEASON ALL OVER THE TURKEY. PLACE OPENDED STICKS OF BUTTER IN THE BOTTOM OF PAN. PLACE TURKEY ONTOP OF BUTTER. POUR CAN OF BEER OVER THE TURKEY. COVER WITH FOIL. PLACE ON GRILL AND BAST EVERY HOUR UNTIL THE TURKEY IS COOKED

TEMP FOR GRILL SHOULD BE ON THE LOWEST SETTING AND KEEP COVER CLOSED UNLESS BASTING
