In an effort to eliminate something from our Cupboard Of OPportunity (COOP), we went online to yummly.com and found this Chef Pooka recipe. So simple, yet so very VERY delicious! The irony is that we were trying to use up our plum duck sauce, but my husband first got plum sauce in error, then two duck sauces (not plum). So we still have the original bottle, lol!

How To Make pork chops in a duck sauce gravy
-
1Heat frying pan over medium-high heat. Add about 2 tsp margarine. Pour in 2 cups duck sauce.
-
2Lower heat to medium. Add the rest of the margarine, allowing it to melt into the duck sauce. Once heated -- the duck sauce should be barely bubbling, add the pork chops.
-
3Turn the pork chops twice after ten minutes, then again, twice after 5 minutes.
-
4After the chops are done, taste test the sauce, balancing the salty margarine and the sweet sauce. When the sauce is done, pour some over each chop, reserving the rest for those who want more.
