Ingredients For mozzarella-stuffed slow cooker meatballs

1 pkglow moisture mozzarella cheese, cut into 3/4" cubes (8 oz?)

1 lbground beef

1 lbhot italian sausage

1 cbread crumbs

1/4 cparmesan cheese

1/2 cwhole milk

1/2 cchopped parsley
-
2eggs
-
2 tspsalt
-
1 tsppepper

1/2 tspgarlic powder

1 jarpasta sauce
-
1 pkgspaghetti, or other favorite pasta

2Store mozzarella in refrigerator while preparing the meat.

3In a large mixing bowl combine the next ten ingredients.

4Roll golf ball sized balls with the meat mixture. Squish mozzarella cube into the center and pull the edges of the meat ball around it until it’s a new ball again. Saute the balls in a frying pan to put a quick sear on the outside.

5Pour a thin layer of pasta sauce in bottom of crockpot. Arrange meatballs in slow cooker, put a thin layer of pasta sauce over each layer of meatballs. Pour the rest of the jar in.

6Cook on high for 2 to 2.5 hours.

7Prepare pasta according to package directions just before serving.
