This is my good friend,Ashley's recipe.it is delicious,my family loves it when she shares these with us. Ashley loves my baked beans,sometimes she'll call ma and say,"if you put the beans on,I'll pull the pork!" She's got a deal!

Ingredients For ashley's root beer pulled pork sandwiches

pork butt (2.5 lb

2-3 cloves garlic,minced

1 can root beer(use a good brand,i like bart's)

2 c of your favorite bbq sauce or 2 c homemade

kaiser rolls
How To Make ashley's root beer pulled pork sandwiches

1Rub garlic all over pork,place in crock pot and pour in soda and barbecue sauce. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours. After 4 hours or so, take two forks and shred the meat into bite size chunks. Let it sit in the juice. It can stay on warm in crock pot while serving, and can easily be reheated the next day. Serve on a kaiser roll and add more barbecue sauce.
