Ingredients For pulled pork fried rice

  • 2 tsp
    dark sesame oil
  • 2 c
    shredded pork
  • 1/2 c
    diced carrots
  • 1/2 c
    chopped red onion
  • 2 tsp
    prepared horseradish sauce
  • 1/4 tsp
    seasoned pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    crushed red pepper
  • 4 c
    chilled cooked wild rice
  • 1
    large egg,lightly beaten
  • 3 Tbsp
    honey barbecue sauce

How To Make pulled pork fried rice

  • 1
    heat oil in a large skillet over high heat.Add shredded pork,and stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until done.

    Add carrot and next 4 ingredients;stir-fry for 2 minutes.

    Add cooked rice;stir-fry for 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.Push rice mixture to sides of pan,forming a well in center.

    Add egg to center of pan,and cook 30 seconds;toss with rice mixture,and stir-fry until egg is cooked.Stir in barbecue sauce;cook until thoroughly heated.
