1In Ziploc bag place bread crumbs, seasoning salt pepper, garlic, cheese,

2Heat oil in fry pan.

3place steaks in bag shake to coat meat.

4Turn on oven 350 grab bake pan with rack place by fry pan

5Place steak in oil to brown keep eye on them just until start to brown,

6Pull from pan place on bake rack.
