How To Make catfish

1Pre-heat large saute pan on medium. Season fish with salt and pepper. Dip fish in egg and with cornmeal.

2Place oil in pan, then add fish; cook 3-5 minutes on each side or until crust is golden and flesh is flaky. Drain on paper towel.
