Ingredients For baked cod fish

  • 4 Tbsp
    butter (divided)
  • 1/2
    sleeve ritz crackers (crushed)
  • 1 lb
    cod loins
  • juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    chives
  • 1
    lemon (cut into wedges)

How To Make baked cod fish

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 400 F. Melt 2 tablespoons butter and put into an 11x7 baking dish, coat both sides of cod in butter, then bake for 10 minutes.

    Melt remaining 2 tablespoons butter in a bowl and mix with crushed Ritz crackers
  • 3
    Remove cod from oven and top with lemon juice and cracker mixture. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until flaky
  • 4
    Garnish with parsley and chives. Serve with lemon wedges.
