Ingredients For hot spicy chicken tortillas

    chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cut in 1/2
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper, ground
  • 1/2 tsp
    paprika
  • 1 tsp
    lime juice
  • 1 tsp
    chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    hot pepper sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    cajun seasoning
  • 1
    red pepper, medium, julienned
  • 1
    green pepper, medium, julienned
  • 1
    yellow squash, thinly sliced
  • 6 oz
    chick peas, canned and drained
  • 1
    garlic clove, large and minced
  • 1
    onion, medium, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 4
    tortillas, flour, 10 inch

How To Make hot spicy chicken tortillas

    In a fry pan, heat the oil over medium flame. Add chicken, onion and garlic.

    Cook, turning, about 5 minutes, until chicken is brown on all sides.

    Add peas, squash, peppers, cajun seasoning, hot pepper sauce, chili powder, lime juice, paprika and pepper. Cook, stirring, 10 minutes or until the vegetables are crisp tender.

    Place about 1/2 cup of chicken mixture on each tortilla. Roll the tortillas and arrange them on a platter.

    Garnish with salsa and cheese.
