Ingredients For hibachi chicken

2 canbeer (budwiser, heineken, etc)

5 lbchicken thighs, skinless or boneless
-
salt to taste
- TERI SAUCE
-
1/2 cshoyu

1/2 csugar
-
1/2 tspsesame oil
-
1/2 tspchili pepper flakes (optional)

1/2 tspgrated fresh ginger
-
some julienned green onions
How To Make hibachi chicken

1Salt chicken. Soak in beer for 2 hours. Drain chicken and precook by baking in oven for 1 hour at 325° Soak in sauce recipe for 2 to 3 hours and ready for the Hibachi, cook 4 minutes each side carefully not to burn.
