My Grandson and I made up this recipe using the leftover garlic butter from pizza,he works at The Pizzeria here in town.

Ingredients For college student grilled chicken

    chicken breasts
  • 2 or 4
    packets of garlic butter or sauce from pizza
  • 1/2
    bottle of italian dressing,cheapest possible

How To Make college student grilled chicken

    Prep Time 1 Day(Marinate 24 hrs) Cook 25 to 35 minutes.

    Trim excess fat from chicken breasts.Mix Italian dressing and garlic butter in a container or a zip lock bag.

    Pierce chicken multiple times with a fork to ensure adequate marination,the more the better ,just don't get carried away.Place chicken in marinade and mix around to make sure they are all coated.Cover and place in the fridg for 24 hrs..

    Preheat grill and place chicken breasts over direct heat,turning once or twice.Baste extra marinade over chicken and continue to grill over direct flame till juices run clear.Throw remaining marinade away.
