Ok these are absolutely one of my favorites & its all done in the microwave. If you need more dressing feel free to add more. You can add bacon too

Ingredients For chicken over baked potato

4 lgpotatoes, bakers

2 lgchicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1 csharp cheddar cheese

1 smsweet onion

8 Tbsphidden valley ranch dressing
How To Make chicken over baked potato

1peel potatoes, put in a microwavable bowl or on plate with slice of butter from a stick, microwave for 8 minutes

2cut up chicken breasts & brown with onion in butter in a medium skillet. Should make about 2 cups of chicken, divide among potatoes which should be about a half cup each

3split potatoes & add a pat of butter, 2 Tbsp of ranch dressing to each potato & top with cheese
