3 cshredded potatoes

3/4 cshredded cheese

4eggs, beaten

1/2 cmilk
-
1 cham, or cooked breakfast sausage, diced

1/4 cdiced green onion or regular onions

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make farmer's casserole

1Preheat oven to 350 F Grease an 8 x 13 inch baking dish and arrange potatoes evenly on the bottom. Sprinkle with cheese, ham or sausage, and onions.

2In a mixing bowl combine eggs, milk and seasonings. Pour egg mixture over layers in casserole dish.

3Bake uncovered for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving
