I got this recipe from my mother, although I don't know where she found it. I love, love, love my crock pot and this recipe is so easy to put together. I make this at least twice a month.

all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp

salt
1/4 tsp

pepper
1 1/2 lb

boneless beef round steak, cut in six pieces

14-15 oz. cans of tomato sauce

How To Make swiss steak

In a large resealable bag combine flour, salt and pepper. Add steak, seal bag and toss to coat. Place onion in a greased crock pot. Top with steak, celery, and tomato sauce. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
