This roast is so tender and is great served with mashed potatoes and biscuits. It has plenty of gravy. My family loves it.

Ingredients For lisa's sirloin roast

3 lbboneless sirloin roast

1 pkgdry onion soup mix (mixed with 1/2 cup hot water)

2 cangolden mushroom soup (must be golden)

2 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1onion sliced

1 cansliced mushrooms (optional)
How To Make lisa's sirloin roast

1Brown roast in heavy pot on stove with a little vegetable oil. Add rest of ingredients. Cook 5-6 hours on low-med heat until very tender. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with mashed potatoes and biscuits.

2You can also cook this in a crock pot or slow cooker.
