Ingredients For beef taco skillet

1 lbground beef

1 can10 3/4 oz tomato soup
-
1/2 csalsa
-
1/2 cwater
-
6flour or corn tortillas cut up

1/2 cshredded cheddar
How To Make beef taco skillet

1Cook the beef in 10 inch skillet over medium high heat till well browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour off any fat.

2Stir the soup, salsa, water and tortillas in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cook 5 mins. Stir the beef mixture. Top with cheese.

3Variations: Creamy Mexican Fiesta: Stir in 1/2 cup sour cream with the soup. Use corn tortillas and Mexican Cheese.
