Use fresh herbs in preference to the dry. And when using the dry, make sure they haven't been sitting on a shelf for months. An old herb adds about as much character to a salad as dried grass.

1/2 tsp Powdered mustard

How To Make garlic herb dressing

1Shake all ingredients in a small jar with a tight fitting lid and let stand at room temperature at least 1 hour. Shake again and use to dress any crisp green salad.
