This is an easy pie to make, does not require cooking and is quite tasty. I like to make it in the summer but could be made anytime you can find blueberries.

Ingredients For lemon fluff blueberry pie

1 can sweetned condensed milk

1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

1/4 cup lemon juice, fresh is best

2 eggs, separated

1 baked pie shell
How To Make lemon fluff blueberry pie

1Wash and drain berries. If they have been frozen, spread on paper towel to dry. Using wire whisk, beat condensed milk, add lemon juice and beat again. Add egg yolks and mix well. Set aside. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into other mixture. Gently stir in berries. Pour into baked shell and run under broiler until top is browned. Refrigerate
