This recipe was given to me from my cousin Nelda Hoover, Harwood Texas. Nelda use to make this at Christmas and bring it to my moms house. Served with Love!

Ingredients For frozen pecan pie

8 ozsoft cream cheese

3/4 clight karo syrup
-
1/4 cfinely packed brown sugar

3/4 cmilk
-
1 tspvanilla
-
1 cchopped pecans
-
1graham cracker crust
How To Make frozen pecan pie

1At high speed with a mixer, beat cream cheese , syrup, and brown sugar until smooth.

2Beat at medium while adding milk and vanilla. Beat till blended. Stir in pecans.

3Pour into crust. Freeze 6 hrs. Remove from freezer 15 min. before serving. Serve with whipped topping, if desired.
