Ingredients For creamy mallow cheesecake
- CRUST:

1 cvanilla wafer crumbs

1/4 cmargarine,melted
- FILLING:

4 ckraft mini marshmallows
-
1/2 cmilk
-
2 pkg(8 oz. each) cream cheese

2 Tbsplemon juice
-
2 Tbspgrated lemon rind
-
1 tspvanilla extract
-
1 cheavy cream , whipped or (8 oz. cool whip thawed)
How To Make creamy mallow cheesecake

1Crust: Combine crumbs and margarine; reserve 1/4 cup. Press remaining crumbs onto bottom of the 9-inchspring formm pan.

2Filling: Melt marshmallows with milk in saucepan over low heat; stir occasionally until smooth. Chill until slightly thickened; mix until well blended. Combine softened cram cheese, lemon juice, rind and vanilla, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Beat in marshmallow mixture; fold in whipped cream. Pour over crust; sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Chill.
