Ingredients For no dough cheese strudel (yugoslavian)

    8 oz. carton small curd cottage cheese
  • 1/2 pt
    sour cream
  • 5 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 4
    eggs
  • 4 Tbsp
    flour
  • 4 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla or may use lemon juice
  • pinch
    salt

How To Make no dough cheese strudel (yugoslavian)

    Melt butter in a 8x8 glass pan. Mix all remaining ingredients together with mixer; pour over melted butter in pan. Bake at 350^ until golden brown, about 1/2 hour. Let set about 20 minutes before cutting in squares.

    Serve warm or cold, sprinkled with powdered sugar. We also have served with cherry pie filling spooned over each square when serving.
