1HEAT UP IN SMALL PAN THE HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM TIL ALMOST BOIL. DON'T LET IT BREAK

2STIR IN SYRUP AND WHITE CHOC CHIPS AND STIR TIL SMOOTH AND TAKE OFF STOVE
