1lemon cake mix

1/3 coil

2eggs

1/2 tsplemon extract

zest of one lemon

powdered sugar for sprinkling on top
How To Make lemon cakemix cookies--so easy!

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together all ingredients except powdered sugar.

2Prepare cookie sheets by lining with parchment or stick-free aluminum foil. Spray the foil with Pam. It really helps. Drop dough by rounded teaspoon onto cookie sheet.

3Sprinkle with powdered sugar. I keep a large salt shaker filled with Powdered sugar for easy use.

4Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees. The cookies should be slightly brown on the bottom. Let cookies cool for 5 minutes and then sprinkle again with powdered sugar. Delicious!
