I make this cookie recipe when ever I make my Mac Nut Pie recipe, because I always have left over nuts. This is a favorite in my house with my family, friends & co-workers. i always sneak 1 before I tell others I made them or theres none left for me...

1 cbutter, room temperature

2 csugar
-
1egg, beaten
-
3 Tbspvanilla extract

5 call purpose flour

1 cmac nuts, chopped
How To Make kit's mac nut cookies...

1Pre-heat oven to 350F. In a lager bowl combine & cream the butter & sugar. Add the beaten egg with the vanilla & mix well.

2A little at a time add in the four, mix to blend & then mix in the nuts.

3Spoon out about 1 inch or 1 Tbsp size, place on a prepared cookie sheet. Bake for about 8 to 10 mins or until golden brown.

4Note: Bake for less time if you like chewy cookies.
