Who can resist a good gingerbread cookie. They are so yummy. These cookies can be ate as is or decorated with icings. I include mine in a small basket along with a few cookie cutters and frosting tubes. Or if they have small kids I include paper templets to create an easy gingerbread house along with all the trimmings and the story of Hansel and Gretal
