Ingredients For mint fudge

  • 1 (12) oz
    package mint chocolate chips
  • 2 (12) oz
    package semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (7) oz
    jar of marshmellow creme
  • 1 c
    butter
  • 4 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 (13) oz
    can evaporated milk
  • 3-4 c
    pecans, in pieces

How To Make mint fudge

  • 1
    Combine chocolate chips, marshmellow creme and butter in a large bowl
  • 2
    Combine sugar and evaporated milk in a heavy saucepan, bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook over medium low heat for 9 mins, stirring constantly
  • 3
    Pour over chocolate mixture, stir until melted and smooth. Add pecan, stir until well blended
  • 4
    Spread into prepared pan and chill until firm Cut into squares and serve Keep in a lidded container and refridgerate
