Ingredients For mint fudge

1 (12) ozpackage mint chocolate chips

2 (12) ozpackage semi-sweet chocolate chips
-
1 (7) ozjar of marshmellow creme
-
1 cbutter
-
4 1/2 csugar
-
1 (13) ozcan evaporated milk

3-4 cpecans, in pieces
How To Make mint fudge

1Combine chocolate chips, marshmellow creme and butter in a large bowl

2Combine sugar and evaporated milk in a heavy saucepan, bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook over medium low heat for 9 mins, stirring constantly

3Pour over chocolate mixture, stir until melted and smooth. Add pecan, stir until well blended

4Spread into prepared pan and chill until firm Cut into squares and serve Keep in a lidded container and refridgerate
