Ingredients For mint peanut butter cake

  • 3 c
    self rising flour
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 1/2 c
    dark brown sugar
  • 2 c
    milk
  • 1 1/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 6
    eggs
  • 3/4 c
    peanut butter, creamy
  • FOR THE FROSTING
  • 2 c
    peanut butter, crunchy
  • 2 pkg
    confectioners' sugar 16oz
  • 2 tsp
    mint extract
  • 1/4 c
    milk

How To Make mint peanut butter cake

    Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour a 8 inch square pan.

    In a large bowl mix together the flour and sugar. Make a well in the center and pour milk, oil, peanut butter and mint extract. Mix well and pour into prepared pan.

    Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.

    To make the frosting in a large bowl combine peanut butter and confectioners sugar. Beat in mint extract then mix to desired consistency. Spread over cake.
