1 ccanola oil

2eggs

1 tspvanilla

How To Make german apple cake

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Greese and flour a 9 X 13 pan and set aside.

2In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla. add the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon and mix well. Stir in the apples, nuts and mix well. The batter will very thick.

3Spoon into the pan, smooth the top with a spoon, and bake for 50-55 mins.
