Ingredients For egg nog coffee cake

1 cbutter, room temperature

1 1/4 csugar

2eggs
-
1 cegg nog
-
1 1/2 tsppure vanilla extract

2 call purpose flour
-
1 tspbaking powder
-
1/4 tspsalt
- TOPPING

1 1/4 cchopped pecans
-
1/4 csugar
-
1 Tbspcinnamon
How To Make egg nog coffee cake

1Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a bundt pan with Pam Spray.

2Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, egg nog and vanilla.

3Stir together flour, baking powder & salt. Gradually beat into butter mixture.

4Combine nuts, sugar & cinnamon for topping mixture. Scatter half the topping evenly over the bottom of the pan. Spoon in half the batter. Add the remaining topping and the rest of the batter.

5Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.
