1add the wet ingredients, except the grapeseed oil in a blender and blend until smooth-approx. one minute. add the dry ingredients and blend until smooth.

2heat the grape seed oil on the skillet and drop a heaping tablespoon of batter onto the skillet and cook the pancakes until brown.
