Ingredients For nut pumpkin bread

2 2/3 csugar

1 1/2 tspground cinnamon

1 can15oz solid packed pumpkin

1 tspsalt

1 cvegetable oil

1 tspbaking soda

4eggs

1/4 tspground cloves
-
1 tspvanilla extract

1 1/2 ccoarsely chopped walnuts

How To Make nut pumpkin bread

1In a large mixing bowl, beat the sugar, pumpkin, oil, eggs, and vanilla until well blended.

2Combine the flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and cloves; gradually beat into pumpkin mixture until blended. Fold in walnuts.

3Transfer to 2 greased 9"x5"3" loaf pans. Bake at 350* for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
