1/3 cbutter, melted

1 1/2 ozshot of expresso

1 csugar
-
1egg, beaten
-
1 tspvanilla

1 tspbaking soda

pinchsalt

1 3/4 call purpose flour
How To Make expresso banana bread

1Preheat oven to 350

2in a large mixing bowl mix the banana with the melted butter.

3Mix in the expresso, sugar, egg, and vanilla. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt in and mix.

4Add the flour, mix well.

5Pour mixture into a buttered or greased 4x8 loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour. Cool and then remove from pan and slice.
