1/2 tspbaking soda

1/3 cshortening

2 cflour
-
1/2 tspsalt

2 tspsugar

2/3 cwater
How To Make buttermilk biscuits

1Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

2Sift together dry ingredients.

3Cut in shortening.

4Stir in water.
-
5Knead for 30 seconds.

6Roll 1/2-inch thick, no less, and cut out.

7Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
