Pillsbury has really come through for me lately. I try recipes from all sources, of course, but lately. . . And this is another easy, delicious dessert / bread. I made it Sunday, determining to take the leftovers to work on Monday, only to find a surprise brunch going on on Tuesday, so I made them again, only fresh, at work. Both times they were scarfed up!

Ingredients For monkey bread minis

1/2 cbutter

1/2 cpacked brown sugar

1/4 csugar

2 tspground cinnamon

15 ozrefrigerated biscuits
How To Make monkey bread minis

1Grease or spray 12 regular-size muffin cups. Mix butter and brown sugar; spoon 1 tbsp mixture into each muffin cup.

2Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a gallon-size bag. Separate dough into 20 biscuits; cut each in 6 pieces. Shake pieces in bag to coat. Place 10 pieces in each muffin cup.

3Bake at 350*F for 12 - 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 1 minute; turn upside down. Serve warm.
