Made these one evening actually by mistake. Had a drop in guest and nothing to fix as a goodie. So I looked in my refrigerator and found Anaheim peppers and some Feta Cheese... So a good snack was born. Served with a good butter cracker and a beverage of choice. Was such a hit I have been making these for 20 or so years. Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake 40 to 45 min. or until peppers are slightly charred and cheese melted in a 400 degree oven.

12anaheim peppers

16 ozfete cheese
How To Make flaming peppers

1Remove stem and the seeds within the pepper. Wash outside and in as well. Seeds are very hot.

2Stuff each pepper with the Fete Cheese. Do not over stuff.

3In a preheated 400 degree oven place peppers that are placed on baking sheet and bake 40 to 45 minutes. Some charring may occur but that is fine. Remove to platter and serve hot.

4Serve with a good cracker and enjoy.
