Very simple and easy dip to entertain guests or a quick appetizer to whip up! My mother taught me this and we love to make it when poolside!

Ingredients For artichoke & spinach dip

1 canmedium 6-8 count artichockes

1 pkgfresh/frozen spinach

1 cmayonnaise

1 cparmesan cheese

1 cshredded mozzarella cheese
How To Make artichoke & spinach dip

1Cut Artichokes in pieces, then mix with spinach (drained), mayo, and parmesan cheese.

2Spread in 9x9 pan, top with shredded mozzarella cheese & bake on 350 degrees for 40mins or until cheese turns light brown.

3Enjoy with tortilla chips!
