As a child, I can remember having a Pimento Cheese Sandwich with a tall glass of cold milk on a pretty regular basis. As a grown-up, my husband and I eat Pimento Cheese on our burgers, with corn chips as a dip or just like the old days, as a sandwich with a cold glass of milk. Give this Pimento Cheese spread recipe a try if you like just a little spice in your life.
