Ann that could be it. They don't look like they got as fat and puffy as mine did either but they still look yummy. I'm sure it didn't alter the flavor either. Thanks for sharing the photo and trying the recipe. I'm having trouble with my computer reading my camera card, otherwise I'd have a picture of mine up here. Hopefully will get it figured out soon.
