Thank you sweetie, I am so relieved just to get my entry in...not worried so much for the win but more as being a participant.
I had to word the recipe the way they would want to see it...time consuming!

I really hope you enjoy these!
I was wondering what to enter and wanting to impress you with a flan & raspberry sauce or Creme Brule' with cherry whipped cream, when the answer was sitting right next to me...my husband. For Valentines day I needed to impress him and 99.9% of men LOVE German chocolate cake. So I whoopied up some lovin'!
These are truly AMAZING, and I know you will be in "Little Heaven".

(I would have put a Raspberry on top but they are not in season and the frozen ones are mushy)

Thats good....some people like small cupcakes and some like BIG ONES.
I think sending them all 3-pix is a good idea.

I can try and guess...It's two tablespoons in the cupcake pan and I can say it will depend on how big or small you want them.

I think I will send them three photos, this one, the one I have on my main recipe with just the mint leaf and stem and the one showing the school in the background. :)
I goofed up though, I need to give them a "Yeild" and didn't count, had a few taste testers in here. Dang
