Combine The Icing Ingredients. Cool The Bread And Then Remove From The Loaf Pan. Bake For 1 Hour And Check; Total Bake Time 1 Hour 15 Minutes. Pour 1 1/2 Cups Of Batter Into Each Pan. Combine Streusel Ingredients. The Mixture Will Be Thick. By Hand, Stir In Zucchini, Nuts (if Using), And Coconut. Squeeze Excess Liquid From The Zucchini. Mix Until Blended. Slowly, Start To Incorporate Dry Ingredients With A Hand Mixer. Combine Wet Ingredients In A Large Bowl. Combine Dry Bread Ingredients In A Large Bowl And Whisk.
