thanks, Wendy! I'm so excited! Off to meet Steve in Frederick, MD right now ... he's on his way home from a business trip ..been gone for 3 days. So, we'll meet there for dinner, then both of us head home to get my final stuff done for my trip. And as for the lotion, Wendy, I'm sure you'll love it, if it doesn't make you break out. And as you say, if you aren't able to use it, maybe your daughter will like it, or some friends. It's great stuff!

Peggi, I just read about your niece's mom .... I"m so sorry for your loss. Please know that you are all in my prayers, esp. those four children. Such a hard time for all of them. God bless you all.

pretty!!! pretty!!! pretty!!! That is soooooooo cute!!!

If you tap your nails on a regular basis everyday....it will cause the stronger nails too...they will grow better and be stronger and not crack and peel as easliy...probably the same concept as massageing them everyday like you are...gets that area moving :)

I'm gonna have to make me some of this lotion!!! I've heard so many good things about it...I'm just so allergic to so many things it scares me a lil...but I guess if I am, I can give it as a gift!!! :) I use only Curel for sensitive skin right now...

Have a wonderful trip Terrie!!! I'll be thinking of you and the fun you will be having, when my daughter was in germany on a european tour, she had soooooooo much fun...course she could legally drink beer there lol lol
Blessed Trip my Dear!!!

I just hope it makes it safely; she's gonna love it. I sure do love mine ... there is a HUGE difference in my dry heels, since I started using this faithfully every day. Sometimes I just like to reach in the jar and scoop out a glop just to sit and rub into my hands and fingernails, cuticles, etc., cuz it feels sooooo good! And ya know what? the increased rubbing of my cuticles and nailbeds has caused my nails to start growing faster (increases the circulation to the nail bed when you massage it more often). So, there's another added bonus! :o)

I see on the rules. I always put mine in ziplocks, even if not flying.

That's what I meant on not filling full for expansion reasons.

No, you can carry it if it's checked baggage. It even says on the tsa.gov site that anything over 3 oz must go in your checked bag, but does not give a limit. Just not more than 3 oz. in your carry-on. It's not 'ALL' the way full, anyway ... I left some room for expansion and oozing, due to high altitudes. I used to be a flight attendant, and I was amazed, sometimes, at the way stuff would ooze and swell in my F/A bags. I had a real mess one time, with a brand new, full bottle of nail polish. Thank God it was inside a little plastic zipper pouch. Ugh!

I just would hate for you to have to throw it away.

Don't fill the jar all the way full Terrie. I thought even with checked bags, you couldn't have over , I believe 3 oz. per container. It was that way 2 years ago when I flew to Dallas & I checked the bag I had mine in.

Thank you so much, Peggi! This was a project I got into today, that I had no intention of getting into. ha! But I found a perfect 16-oz jar in my fridge, from some queso dip that was all but empty, so I pitched it and used the jar. Perfect size!
To answer your question about the label, I don't have any labels here to print on right now, and no time to run and get some! I have your template on my computer, tho, and once I find some labels that are pretty to print on, I'll make one and mail it to her. I might be able to do it over there at her house ...we'll see. I've run out of time and energy for today....I'm pooped!
As for carrying it on the plane, it is going in my checked bag, not on my carry-on. I have wrapped it in some of the sweaters in my bag, so it's well-padded. It's enclosed in a zip lock baggie, and I've screwed several thicknesses of Saran Wrap under the lid [around the jar opening], in case it 'oozes'.] So I'm sure it'll arrive intact; whether or not it'll ooze out of the jar due to air pressure at that altitude, remains to be seen. If it does ooze, at least it'll be inside a zip lock and won't make a disgusting mess all over my suitcase.
Thank you for the idea and the suggestion ... and the nice compliment!

Was just thinking; Will they let you take that much in one container on the plane?
