I made the recipie but halved the batch and added an additional egg as mine were on the small size.I also added ground flax seed,butterscotch chipits,and ground pecans plus cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.The dough would not hold together.Too much oil in the recipie.The flavor of the raw dough was tasty at this point.I finally in the end added flour and cooked oatmeal.This recipie was the first to try on this site.I have over 40 years of cookie baking experience.Melted butter would be an excellent choice over oil! 5/10 score.
