Here it is. It won't come up in the search bar, probably because of the parentheses, but this is the link to it:

Zucchini (Apple) Pie

I don't have the recipe posted for the zucchini mock apple pie. It's someone else's recipe here. The recipe is upstairs, and I"m downstairs trying to finish laundry. But I'll send it to you a little later, ok?

Do you have that recipe posted? I would like to try that too.

My Aunt just called me back and I told her about these. SHe asked if I would make some up for her and she would buy them from me to sell at her store. I hope I can find a few more peaches that are still tasty with the season almost being over and all.

If I end up going down to GA, to be w/ my daughter, I will pick up some fresh GA or SC peaches while there, to make these. Yummmy!

I would definitely try some Splenda or Stevia on this. I have a "Mock Apple Pie" recipe that I'm going to make w/ Splenda soon. It's made from zucchini, not apples, and ppl swear you can't tell the difference!

Nope, I am diabetic so no Ice Cream and only a half of one at that. But hey if I can even have a bite I am happy. I think I will try the recipe out with some Stevia and see how it goes with the hard sauce.

Looks fabulous. You did such a nice job! Proud of you!! Did you put a big scoop of vanilla bean ice cream on them while they were hot? IT looks soooooo good!
