thanks, I love the flavor of the juice in kraut, but not the kraut itself, but this looks so good I will eat some when I get to make this!!!

It doesn't have the typical sour taste. I just can't tell you how good it was. I used a small bag of kraut because only 2 of us were eating it. Next time I'll use the large bag.
