Ooooh, but these were good! I love most tropical drinks anyway, but this one tops the list. I mean, what's not to love about pineapple and coconut. Thanks for sharing your recipe, Vic. We really enjoyed this wonderful drink. I didn't have any pineapple to use for the garnish, so I stuck to just a stemmed cherry for a sweet garnish. Yum!
