Top With Cheese And Cover With Foil So The Cheese Will Melt While You Cook The Eggs. Eggs And Potato Breakfast In Two Serving Bowls. Yolk Dripping From The Eggs And Potato Breakfast In A Bowl. Top With A Little Sour Cream. Place Two Eggs On Top Of The Cheese. Cook Eggs Any Way You Like In The Pan That You Cooked The Ham In. In A Shallow Bowl Or Plate, Layer Potatoes And Then The Ham. Fry Chopped Ham In A Separate Pan. Set Aside. Cook And Brown The Potatoes And Onions. Cut Up Potatoes Into Bite-sized Pieces And Add To The Onions. Sprinkle With Garlic Salt, Pepper, And Paprika. Melt Butter In A Frying Pan. Add Onions To The Pan And Cook Until Soft.
