Creamed the sugar and butter together in a larger bowl. Added the 3 eggs, one at a time and beat after each addition. Then added the vanilla. The specks of brown are cocoa. I got a little sloppy when measuring the cocoa. LOL 3/6/13
After draining, rinsing and draining again...and chopping the sauerkraut, I folded it into the batter. Put everything in a greased diposable 9x13 pan. Am taking this to our super senior gathering at church in the morning. 3/6/13
