I also added kale, chopped onion, garlic, mushrooms, and cubed some chicken breast. Serving with sourdough baguette!

I made this a couple of times and it was delish! I didn't use frozen tortellini and I let it cook about 3 1/2 hours before adding my tortellini. Yummy!!

I added boneless, skinless chicken thighs to this dish, also fresh mushrooms, garlic and basil. The aroma while it cooked was out of this world! I accidently added kale instead of spinach ,but that worked out great too. I'll definitely be adding this to my meal rotation! The only thing that would have made this better is if it were cooler outside! Delicious!
