The side without the cream cheese once it's rolled is dipped in butter and then rolled and cinnamon sugar. That is why you do not want cream cheese on both sides.
I work in a memory unit and I am always looking for new desserts that I don't need to use a dessert plate. This looks great! my question is, "do I put the cream cheese on both sides of the bread before rolling? I also love the idea of fruit being included so that I can sneek a fruit in with dessert. Thanks and hope to try these out soon, as soon as I figure both sides of bread get the cheese! :)
