I love steak and potatoes.... So if you make beef tips (steak tips) and a steak sauce... Cut open your potato, add some sauce and meat on top... Awesome! A little sour cream on top is optional... xo

This is a thick eggplant pasta sauce that was left over, any pasta sauce will work.
Sauerkraut
Shaved cheese

Add sour cream
Add shredded Cheddar Cheese.
Optional: add cooked green bell pepper
Distribute kraut, sausage and ham all over the potato.
Put desired amount of butter on the potato.
Cut potato lengthwise down the middle, then make several cuts across, press to open the potato up.
Place Baked Potato onto a large dinner plate.
Giant potatoes, washed and rough spots removed.
